Scam Phishing
Never but never order something with this company It is Dutch based You wil receive your order allright but after that you will be in their database Than after a couple of weeks you will start receiving scam and phishing emails They partner with Traveldeals nl or Traveldeals com They are all the same If you once not look carefully you are hooked They look where your country of origin is and start these scams You can allways check it if the reply address has a strange reply address which does not comply with the company s name Be careful Please

Now they deleted my account
It s still Andrea the one below Since MaxICT is not approving my previous review i can t submit a new one so here i am with yet another account Update After trying to sort it out the entire morning with them they still refuse to fix replace refund my item which was delivered broken claiming it was already out of warranty being my claim 33 days after purchase and not 30 yeah right you know how picky and totally inflexible toxic Dutch people can be now they blame me for the broken item while at same time admitted they have not checked it prior shipping it to me - i have written proof of this and to make this even worse they have now DELETED my account completely i can t login anymore I have other orders that i might also need to use my warranty in case how s that not outrageous and illegal of you Denying a fix replacement for item under warrantyBlaming me of breaking something that was shipped broken and not checked by them First modify my account details and now completely Deleting it Scammers Liars and now also abusing of my account

Article returned a month ago but haven t gotten my money back
On the 20th of March I ordered a QNAP NAS from Max ICT but quickly noticed that I had ordered the wrong model I wrote to the support about a minute after placing my order but they told me it couldn t be canceled anymore After receiving the NAS I requested an RMA and a day later on the 23rd of March I received the go-ahead to send the package back It arrived at their address on the 27th of March and on the 29th I got a confirmation email So far so good However since then I haven t gotten any status updates Upon sending them an email on the 12th of April asking about it I got a generic response telling me they don t know about the RMA status Since then it s been radio silence my further attempts at contacting them have been ignored so far I usually don t write negative reviews and am fairly forgiving when it comes to mistakes with orders but this whole encounter makes me regret having ordered the NAS at Max ICT I will definitely not be purchasing anything from them in the future and would recommend others to stay away from their store as well

I don t know what to say
I don t know what to say I just want to get what I paid for I ordered the Logitech g29 for 347 it was supposed to arrive after Christmas on 12 29 2021 I have emailed them multiple times about my packet but they would say it s coming tomorrow or in a couple of days Till now I haven t got my packet it is starting to take really long this packet was supposed to be delivered 13 days ago That is ridiculous I should not have to wait that long to receive something that is being sent from the same country Even ordering something from Amerika is faster I ordered gfuel and it took 7 days to arrive Pls fix the issue with shipping times you ve had over 1k reviews with 80 of them complaining about the shipping and you guys still haven t done anything to fix this I cant wait forever

denied RMA without reasons
Bought a mother board defect and doesn t work Sent over for RMA Got answered that i need to fix it myself as it s not covered in the warranty item is less than a month old Opened further RMAthey now close my RMA without any reason or explanation anymore Please everyone STAY AWAY from this company they are thieves robbers and have no clue how to work Especially your representative K A that all she does is copy paste templates without giving any explanation I asked several times why my less than a month item is not covered by the warranty and cannot be fixed but they can t give any explanation to this and now they just refuse and close my RMA requests without giving any answer This is a ridiculous customer service and you have got no clue on how to deal with your customers Lawsuit coming in

Bad communication and delivery
Placed the order on bol com with max ict as seller The package was supposed to arrive the next day The order has yet to be sent to the delivery service a day after it was supposed to have been delivered No communication or updates about the delay whatsoever Update Problem at the warehouse of MaxICT caused the delay

I purchased a stand for my LG TV on
I purchased a stand for my LG TV on 23-09-2024 for 149 51 euros Shortly after completing my order I noticed that the status of the product was changed to out of stock I immediately reached out via email and phone multiple times to inquire about the status and request a cancellation if the delivery was going to be delayed However I received no response whatsoever to either my emails or calls After my initial attempts I sent another email asking to cancel the order and issue a refund and once again I followed up with calls No response to this second email or my calls either This is unacceptable especially since the company clearly states on their website If the order has not yet been shipped you can indicate by telephone that you wish to cancel the order If I do not receive my refund by Monday I will escalate this issue and file a formal complaint through the European Consumer Centre in the Netherlands My advice to anyone considering purchasing from this company Do not You will not get any response to your queries through phone or email and their customer service is utterly unprofessional

Max ICT is canceling orders
Max ICT is canceling orders and wants me to believe it is because of non-availability Truth is that exactly the same product is available on their webshop and with notification that there are products on stock Truth is also that these available products are increased in price by 100 to 200 I understand that in the actual market circumstances that prices are increasing rapidly and seemingly Max ICT isn t able to buy the product for the original price anymore Selling it to me for the agreed price means a loss for them The real problem is however that you need to keep your own stock and don t depend on your suppliers Max ICT Respect your customers

very slow delivery bad communication
just a bad company really promises to deliver the next day but is always late takes weeks to get your product doesnt send you an email either only way for you to find out is to call them and ok the people on the phone are nice but im not gonna wait an extra 2 weeks for nothing it said available on their website so no excuse also for deliveries to belgium they use BPost which is the worst deliveryservice out there last time i used maxict i ordered from 3 stores all from the netherlands 2 stores delivered 3 days later so i called them to hear whats up and they told me it would take another 2 weeks no email nothing last time i trust on maxict
