The shopping experience is a nightmare placed an order of 250 euros 2 moths ago shared them on instagram and by email without success they barely answer the messages and they keep on saying that they are processing the order A bunch of incompetent people till today no visibility on my order or on how I can have my money back

Did not receive my order neither my refund Terrible experience
I ve made an order on the 29th of November payment confirmed and everything I wait and it s only shipped on the 5th of December which was late but I said okay no problem with that From the 5th my shipment status is not changing I wrote to the only email address there and I receive an email sending me the same tracking link which I have and that says your order is on its way 10 days after or more I did not receive anything neither the order status changes I email again asking for a refund and nobody is answering me I called and nobody answers the phone
