I am so very grateful that we had Miguel s help From finding a place that matched our needs to setting up all the utilities etc Miguel was the ultimate professional He was always responsive and gracious to help us navigate our way during our first months in Portugal I would highly recommend and have sent his name out already Miguel if you are seeking help in transitioning renting in Portugal He is a thoughtful and kind person who will ensure you are well established in your new home

Excellent customer service

Since we relocated from Canada to Lisbon we had to find a place remotely and wouldn t have been able to do so without Miguel He went on our behalf to several appartements and would walk us through the place in detail via video Once we signed a lease he took care of setting up all the utilities on our behalf He would also go to our place if we needed someone there to accept a delivery Miguel was very responsive and clear throughout the process We would definitely recommend his services to anyone looking for assistance

We are American retirees who were so lucky to have Miguel help us lease our apartment in Cascais He was endlessly patient with us on so many issues -- we weren t sure what kind of apartment we wanted we do not understand Portuguese we are not familiar with Portuguese practices and procedures and we are hopelessly inept with modern technology Miguel responded quickly to all of our questions and concerns even about his cat and he has remained available even after we signed our lease We are thrilled with our new home and we don t think we could have managed it without his help
