Horrible online banking Can t get any recent transactions the company has no way of informing you of a transaction and when you have a fraud alert they make you fill out a form all well you re being ripped off This might be the worst and scariest credit card experience Be careful if you go with MBNA

Customer service is non existing Fraud dept closes at 10 pm lol Yet they advertise 24 hour 7 day a week service for fraud etc issues I spend hours on hold anytime I need customer service I have never dealt with such lack of help with any other credit card or bank in all my experience

Worst customer service ever Was sent offer to increase credit limit Called to accept offer within 5 minutes waited on hold cut off 2 hours total time wasted to be told offer no longer exists Seriously Spoke to 2 agents and a manager with no authority to manage anything all who could provide no assistance and could not put me through to anyone who could help Will be cancelling card DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CARD

Terrible customer service I tried to dispute an unauthorized charge but they sided with the seller even after the product and service are taken back and seller promised a credit have a proof but never sent it I showed it to MBNA but they couldn t care less

Very frustrating Logging in from my iPhone takes multiple attempts I have no issues with other financial institutions Logging in to MBNA using my laptop seems fine Also avoid balance transfers It isn t a great an offer as it seems Lock your card until the balance is paid off Any purchases using the credit card Amazon will result in interest charges Doesn t matter if you pay the purchases in a timely matter The system cannot separate the two I complained and they reversed the charges All in all they seem to be a Mickey Mouse operation I have multiple credit cards about 8 and none of them comes close to being so frustrating to deal with

Stay away at any cost card compromised and they won t do nothing about reported charges Infact they don t know anything about them and they keep charging you interest on them took 4 hours on the phone with no result being transferred form one dep to another and no result no one knows anything and won t di anything Just transfer to get rid of you very Ery unprofessional zero star Mbna Last four digit on my card 8067 not only you lose a good customer but also I will have to take legal action against you

Being a card holder for more than a decade with ACU and when they handed over the reigns to MBNA to take over their credit card division I realize this was not my friendly business partner anymore Long story short I was due 10 on a payment which I got a call and kindly informed them I made an online payment for the total amount on the weekend It did not register yet on their end as of Monday and they told me they would make a note on file I went to pay for groceries and my card was declined I called and asked did you not see on file that I made the full payment on my account this morning when I spoke to your rep Apparently it was standard due to the over due payment of 10 OMG I decided there and then this is a credit card company I cannot support due to poor business to the point of almost petty I see why they only have 1 3 star rating Negative word of mouth unfortunately travels fast I guess
