I have two MBNA cards I find the company easy to deal with Last year one of my cards was stolen and used When I called and reported the theft MBNA were very helpful and the stolen card was cancelled quickly and the fraudulent charges removed Another advantage of MBNA cards is they can be used with Google Pay Of all the cards I have only my debit cards my Bank of Scotland credit card and my MBNA cards work with Google Pay

I ve been with MBNA for a few years Customer service is first class professional and very helpful I never have to wait long to be connected Even when I had unknown transactions on my account the staff delt quickly and professionally Keep up the good work

Excellent Customer Service

I have had reason to register a dispute with MBNA against a company I used they dealt with my claim very professionally and promptly The Customer Service advisor was really pleasant and explained the process I was expecting a long delay in light of the current Covid situation but the problem was sorted within 3 weeks

Excellent Fast To Help

I think due to C19 lockdown in last 3 4 months if one goes across all credit card companies they will find equally bad reviews low ratings Certainly with all my credit cards it is the same I am owed money too However MBNA have been brilliant with past and present money transfers to me and I ve always paid them back quickly and they have been very quick in order to help me too within hours actually Great peace of mind thank you MBNA And NO I am not an employee

Honestly haven t got a bad word about MBNA I booked a holiday with hotels com and then COVID turned up hotels com are a bunch of W kers saying no refund at all so I contacted MBNA and they got me a full refund fairly quick The young lad on the phone was so helpful would recommend 100 based on my experience

Excellent customer service

I ve had an MBNA card for some years with no problems I recently had to contact them because of suspected fraudulent use of my card Got through within 2 minutes both times I rang spoke both times to a real person who was polite helpful and positive and I feel more than satisfied with my experience It feels like proper customer service to me of a kind that is rare these days

Just open a Balance Transfer card with MBNA online application was easy did have to get ID certification from a solicitor which I did find a bit odd but I was lucky enough to know one who is a friend so once I had them certified sent the documents off and within 2 days everything had gone through perfect I really don t understand all the bad reviews Thanks MBNA for my 29 month interest balance transfer card I am very happy customer

Excellent Customer Service

Used for a balance card at 0 and had an odd transaction pop up in a statement many months after clearing the card I got on the phone immediately and within 10 minutes had spoken to all departments I needed to get in touch with and had matters resolved Super friendly and helpful staff Nicola and Debbie made me feel confident everything was fine and that I was valued

I read reviews before opening a credit card with MBNA and was sceptical but have found them to be more than helpful and i ve got exactly what was promised Have phoned twice and spoke to two incredibly helpful staff members who helped resolved my issues with claiming back refunds Great service and will use them again if I need them
