Delivery driver really helpful he took the item upstairs for us I received a email with when the tank was arriving and a mat came with the tank to put underneath which has helped I also got instructions on what to do about cleaning the tank before filling it up All in all very satisfied with the product and the level of customer service I received

Amazing tank at a great price

I ordered directly from mb store after finding the tank in Amazon it was cheaper to order direct as they had a sale on the tank I wanted Ordered with expectations of delivery 2-3 March and 2 days prior to delivery 29 Feb I received the email saying delivery was for 5-8pm on 2nd march Almost bang on 5pm the van arrived and the man unloaded the tank and even unboxed it and placed it on the stand for me Very helpful as I m disabled Couldn t have been a smoother transaction from purchase to deliver Now the tank is up and running I can say the workmanship of the tank is very good nice clear glass and overall very sturdy I d certainly come back again for another tank from mb if I need another in future

Delivery on a Weekend PERFECT

We needed a new tank as ours had developed a slow leak All measurements on the website including glass thickness which helped to make the decision Delivery information before you finalised the sale made sure we KNEW that it wasn t going to be a next day style delivery Delivery window sent as promised on the Thursday which gave us time on the Sunday to get the current tank inhabitants ready for the move Slight delays on the day but with local road closures A360 at the A303 along with known traffic delays we weren t overly surprised The guy sack trucked the tank all the way to the front door from our car park helped lift it in and told us that the tank mat was in the bottom of the rank so we could get it out before the tank was situated Great service simple ordering Would definitely use this company again

Ordering was very straightforward As was delivery I live up a lane The driver brought the van right up I offered to help but he carried the 1 metre aquarium off the van by himself on to his sack truck and right to where I wanted it He checked I knew what I was doing before leaving Polite and courteous
