Had a really good experience with MFL throughout the process of buying our first home I was a little apprehensive as their fees were slightly higher than solicitors we had looked at before however it was worth the cost Finlay was really helpful with submitting offers Once our offer was accepted Barry dealt with our case and I would say this is where you can see value for money He was always available and replied to queries quickly following up emails with calls to ensure we understood the process When it came to finalising the contract between ourselves and the buyer we were at a stalemate over a warranty Barry was able to ensure we got what we wanted included and in time for move in date we had hoped
