This company steal the work of other designers who sell their sewing patterns online then digitally copy it and sell it as if they have created the pattern or templates themselves The images are also stolen from the designers sites the people who design these products do not receive a penny The contact details are fake and if you try to contact them they deny having any business related to sewing Not to be trusted at all

I ordered a turtle drawstring bag sewing template on 1 7 24 I received a product on 2 10 24 but it was huggable elephant template I requested a refund They will only give it to me if I mail it back to China The cost would be more than the 21 98 I spent Run far from this company

I would recommend to everyone to stay
I would recommend to everyone to stay clear of this company They copy other people s pattern and send you a piece of plastic which is not even to scale to the pattern with no marking and the instruction are illegeable and whilst they have an American contact number it is shipped from China do not waste your money with them

If I could give no stars I would I ordered a 3d embroidery Their site says that they will send instructions with the purchase You have the option of kit or fabric only They do not send instructions They do not reply to emails After a complaint to PayPal they told me fabric only so no instructions It s simply a scam company that sends out cheap items nowhere near the value of what you pay They refuse to engage in a meaningful manner to resolve issues I would classify them as scammers
