Utterly pathetic is how would I describe this service Ordered a Christmas present in November it has apparently been sent to a sender the moment it arrived into local delivery depot I asked for refund instead I received new shipment details for order replacement and of course the same story has repeat Avoid Avoid Avoid They answer emails only after you almost threaten them with legal action and say that there has been technical issues Waste of time

This is terrible service I have placed an order It says delivered on the 16th yet I have no parcel This was a sentimental gift for my mum for Christmas so this is bitterly disappointing I ll be reporting this company for sure AVOID

I have paid for my order moon lamp light two weeks ago I had no confirmation of anything looks like I have scammed and I could of just lost the money at the casino instead lol PLEASE don t order anything from here as most likely you ain t gonna get anything response back by email As I have tried emailing them a couple of times Merry Christmas

I ordered a moon lamp on the 11th Dec and I haven t had any confirmation it has been shipped despite the money going out my account straight away I have also emailed several times and have had no response I try tracking my order but it just takes me to a French page So upset as this was going to be a gift for my Dad for Christmas Any response would be really appreciated

Order has not been delivered

I ordered a Moon lamp for a family member for Christmas on the 12th December but still no parcel I have emailed twice asking if the order has been dispatched and no reply apart from been given a ticket number I was hoping to get a lovely gift for my family member who is going through a very tough time but looks like this will not be delivered now Think this is now a scam absolutely gutted
