I bought a cable and it doesn t work I ve emailed support multiple times with no reply Very disappointed

Don t order from himMy cable constantly loses connection I have to unplug and replug constantly sometimes that doesnt even fix I ask for replacement he charges me shipping both ways I ask if this happens often and he ghosts meVery poor customer service for a cable thats almost 100

ordered something wrong size and went to email to change it happy to pay the extra or what not i get nothing back from the emails and after all this time ive still not even use the cable its been 2 months

I m very happy with the quality of the cable I received This is exactly the kind of niche product that I love I ve even ordered a second one for the keyboard at my office The turnaround time for a custom cable was a bit less than a week not bad at all
