Bad experience product bad customer service

If there was a zero star I would give it I bought one of their body pillows 168 00 used it once and the outer pillow stitching came undone The pillow was quite lumpy as well For the price I expected much more I emailed the company about the problem and sent them pictures they requested After chasing again they said that they could replace the outer cover only FOC I said that I was worried about it happening again and then I would have to pay for the cover which is expensive This should have not happened after 1 use I said that the body pillow was not fit for purpose and I would like a refund Went quiet again chased my email and asked for the Managers email 4 days now and heard nothing I had to contact my credit card company and put in a Section 75 to get my money back This is NOT GOOD Avoid this product Despite applying for a Section 75 the bank have now told me I have no case I am left out of pocket by this company and they STILL refuse to send me a cover OR answer my emails No telephone number to contact them either

This company is terrible The pillow is nowhere near as supportive as it claims in the ads They also refuse to send you a return label until you have had the product for 30 days DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Unfortunately MedCline UK gives no refunds and does not send a smaller pillow if too big It s very expensive and did not work for me Update in response to the message below my only contact was to be told no refunds and alternative ways of lying on the pillow Nothing worked It s very bulky and I gave it away on freecycle

Hype up system

I ve been using the medicline shoulder system for a few months now And for me it doesn t work as per advertised I have found that you do get some sort of relief to your shoulder However your neck position when using the system isn t correct I have now found that my neck has now started giving me issues Not great at all The system is much to big for a normal king size bed in the uk and takes up to much space which is causing issues with my partner and now she is not sleeping great Had to disregard the whole system Buy beware if you purchase this system you have no come back as they don t refund your money Waste of money this system is just hype Don t buy

Very expensive mistake

Very expensive mistake It gave me hip pain and I found myself sliding down the slope and my arm would be caught at an uncomfortable angle Claims to be a medical appliance so no refunds given

I mistakenly purchased a pillow case

I mistakenly purchased a pillow case thinking it was the pillow I noticed my mistake as soon as the confirmation email arrived I immediately emailed the company explaining that it was a mistake I also replied to the confirmation of order asking them to cancel The pillow case arrived - I have since emailed the company several times as I now need to return the item there is a deadline for returns - I have had no response to any emails As for the product 50 for a pillowcase

Shoulder relief system

Purchased the shoulder relief system and what a mistake that was The system is large and cumbersome Does not fit a king size bed in the uk unless you sleep on your own With regards to the product itself it is absolute rubbish It may relieve shoulder pain however it makes your neck very sore and uncomfortable It makes you very hot during sleep to the point that I ve had to dismiss the product altogether Do not purchase the item it s overhyped to the extreme Uk people keep away from this product Rubbish Rubbish Rubbish

Horrible Customer Service

I bought the full Medcline pillow set and did not select the pillowcase which is an extra 50 00 After checking out it automatically added this on Total ended up being 250 Was not happy about it but let it go and thought I will try it out Opened pillowcase and it does not go on the pillow at all I had rotator cuff surgery and explained this to customer service She said no return of pillowcase after you open it I know this is a lie because the whole set can be returned after 30 days The representative was not professional nor accommodating to help me in the least bit It seemed to be all about the money Do not buy this set as 1 customer service is zero help 2 it is too expensive 3 it takes up half of a king size bed 4 no returns before 30 days basically they force you to keep it for 30 days hoping you will forget about returning it so they can keep their money Again this company is all about money not helping people
