Why are there positive reviews here

I cant quite understand why there are such positive reviews on here for this company I have been trying for 2 days to complete the online application for a medical report so that I can complete my shotgun renewal application My Dr surgery advised me that I had to use this company I have made multiple attempts over two days using two different browsers and three different payment methods However despite all these attempts I cannot get past the payment page of the online application I have phone the admin contact number twice and I was advised that the only method of getting assistance was to email admin This has been very unhelpful I emailed admin twice but have had no response This is very frustrating considering there is a deadline that I have to meet for my renewal application This is why i am suspicious of the positive reviews i have no idea how to proceed from here
