We purchased the Medical Alert for my parents because they refuse to leave their home and enter an assisted living facility 85 years old There have been falls and accidents hitting the alarm button or losing power Medical Alert is fast and efficient in taking the proper and promised actions to ensure all is ok on the home front I highly recommend this company They won t let you down and it s very affordable also

It worked as promised In the barn knocked down and trampled with gaping wound Called for help and it came fast HOWEVER despite your company s assertion and a 25 appreciation for each person I recommended and I have done so two times not a dime Oh well

They listened to me and got my mom a pendant that she can push the button and talk into it It will go everywhere she goes She is 95 and a few different relatives take her places so it is so convenient Thanks for your recommendation

Whenever I ve needed help they have always provided the help very quickly When they could not get my children they quickly called the police The lockbox on my front door enabled the police to get in without breaking in Could not have been better Medical Guardian gave the code to the police

I got a medical guardian alert system because I live alone and am afraid of falling and not being able to get up without help Staff are very helpful whenever an issue arises

Not worried if I fall

I just feel so much safer when I am alone Not worried if I fall at home or when I go fishing Not only falling but if something happens I know I can contact Medical Guardian to send help right away
