Got a non working smart 8 I have been told multiple lies over this product They want me to go out and purchase a box and send back They are horrible and they company and product sucks

Hi I purchased the spectrum X light 880 watts it took 3 days for it to arrive no damage to it but it wasn t the light I ordered off their website I contacted them about this problem I told them that the light I ordered had the sunrise sunset feature with a controller The light they set me wasn t doing this They claimed I got an older version of the light Never did they offer to send me the right light They said that the sunrise sunset feature wasn t a big deal The way they the description describes it says it all Spectrum X is one of the most advanced multi-bar LED grow light for indoor plants It s the FIRST grow light that offers the possibility to pretend sunrise sunset without a controller WITHOUT A CONTROLLER This is a big deal Well it s not true This company just sends you a light that doesn t do what they claim on their website When I told them that this was a false statement on their website and I was filing a complaint about this They took it off their website trying to make it look like it was never there What a joke have be getting the run around with these people They keep saying they will give me a refund but they don t as I test this light it s not like what they claim on their website THIS IS A WARNING DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY YOU WILL BE SORRY IF YOU DO

Would not recommend lights came in broken a previously used they have no customer service number and it will be a hassle trying to get your money back

This company is a SCAM

This company is a SCAM I watched tons of YouTube videos and saw the Ez8 1000 watt was rated the best value on the market Got it and tried it For two months my plants were struggling not sucking up water hardly growing yellowing and I changed everything even though I ve been growing for 15 years and knew there should be been no issue Finally after spending countless dollars I decided to swap the light to an AC Infinity 400 watt After 10 days they tripled in size It gives off massive ppfd readings on a par meter but for some weird reason it doesn t actually grow plants Then their customer service is AWFUL The number doesn t work They take weeks to email back and then say it must be your fault because other people like it and they re not taking it back They know what they re doing They say they don t take back used lights but you don t know it doesn t work until you use it Then they blame you for it not working I even sent pictures of the entire first 2 month progression then the 10 days after I changed the light and they still said sorry must be your fault

Their customer service is trash I ve reached out to them by email with no response I ve tried calling them the phone number doesn t work I ve messaged them on their website no response message them on Instagram no response Their customer service is trash I ordered a light over a week ago and it still hasn t been shipped Don t buy anything from this company

Recently bought a new medic grow smart 8 and the light came in previously used and broken 4 of the led bars did not turn on and it was a hassle trying to get my money back They do not have a customer service number so everything was through email and in the end they stopped responding when they received the lights back and it was time to give me my money back THIS IS A ILLEGITIMATE BUSINESS SCAMMERS BEWARE
