Charged Twice for My Subscription No Response from Customer Service

MediciTV did make good on this problem and I have upgraded my rating accordingly because the content they provide is excellent Kudos to Trust Pilot for its crucial role in my achieving a good outcome vis-a-vis this very frustrating situationI cancelled my subscription prior to expiry date and subscribed using a gift card under a different email address I have been charged for the gift card and a full year s subscription so I am paying twice for the same subscription I advised Romy of MediciTV about this and was told a that I had been advised a month prior about my subscription renewal and b that I had cancelled my suscription one day too late I sent Romy and screen shot of my email Inbox showing that I had not received any email regarding renewal of my subscription and know that I cancelled my annual subscription prior to renewal date based on Eastern Standard Time I have not heard back from Romy or anyone else at MediciTV customer service and am now ready to call my Credit Card provider to dispute the charge for the renewal of my annual subscription I am very unhappy and frustrated about this high-handed and unfair treatment by MediciTV
