If you are live in UK or Europe DO NOT place any orders from Medicude Very very Bad customer service and very poor delivery process They had charged the postage 150 for the DHL but we did not get it until 3 months later and found out some items missing and out of stock Even shocking was that this company didn t handle the international tax themselves but make the customer paid for it too so ending up we had to paid for another 130 for the customs charge on top of this It was a joke 300 and took 3 months to deliver And no help from their customers service We never had the same issue with many of others similar types of companies

Trash customer service no returns and do not price match

I bought the AGE R Booster device and the price was dropped within a week They refuse to refund the difference or take back the product Stay away from this seller buy them through amazon if you must

If I could give 0 stars I would Most appalling company ever Not to even mention how much the shipping fees are but what is concerning is that customs requested a compliance statement and Medicube is unable to provide the specific documents An actual joke I am beyond speechless These people sell products that don t even have related documents How is this even LEGAL I wish I could attach the email from their customer support STAY AWAY IF YOU ORDER OUTSIDE OF THE US

I would give this 0 stars if I could Truly awful company They try and con you by making it seem like they sent your products when in reality the package never left the warehouse in the first place They sent me on a wild goose chase with DHL claiming I should contact them to track my parcel and they wouldn t believe me when I said that DHL stated that while the shipping label was created the package was never collected Absolute thiefs they are currently witholding my money and dragging out the process claiming that they will refund me Stay away from this company you ll never see your products or money again

Another scam company Do not buy from this company I purchased an item and they signed me up for a subscription that I never wanted and never signed up for They sent me a shipping email and said I can cancel it I canceled it they sent it anyway I continuously tried to contact customer service and explain this to them They said I have no other option I have to accept the order They also told me I have to cancel online I told them I tried to cancel 20 times and it s not allowing me to do so and they said they can t do anything about it They are liars They are scammers Do not purchase from them

Scam company - sent me Age R Booster H instead of Age r Booster PRO and didn t offer me much help - except all the best No questions were asked about whether I qualify for returns despite being able to Not trustworthy approach to handling issues and am not willing to pour in more time and energy to go through a long arduous process of shipping etc Convenient strategy for them to get rid of old inferior stock Also helps that I m not a US customer so getting offered solution would make it harder Scam company Stay away and purchase from elsewhere VERY UNHELPFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Better to buy from another online site that offers better customer guarantee They just prey upon the social media hype - dont care about your satisfaction at all

Awful Customer Service and Refund Policy

Please reconsider if you want to purchase a Medicube Device from their website Their customer service and return policy are horrible I purchased an Age Booster H a week ago but have changed my mind and decided that I would like to get the Age Booster Pro instead since it went on sale I contacted their customer service team for an exchange of the product and was told according to their company policy that exchange is not permitted Therefore I told them that I would like to just get a full refund since it was stated that a 30 day refund is allowed if the product is unopened The refund process is hideous and unprofessional First they requested for photos to prove that the product was unopened in order to process the refund for me which is ridiculous and unheard of Second they do not provide any assistance for the return They simply provide you with a name and address for the return no shipping label It was also mentioned in the email that because this return is due to change of mind the cost will not be covered I was expected to ship the product back to them using my choice of a carrier who I trust and to pay out of my pocket Third I also signed up for the subscription of their Collagen Jelly which is meant to correspond and use with the device However I was told that because it is a cosmetics product and not the device itself that it could not be refunded even if it s unopened Also DO NOT trust reviews on their website I tried to submit my feedback on their website and my review was nowhere to be seen They only filter out the positive reviews to go on their website It s all a scamThis is all deeply disappointing and infuriating I will definitely not purchase from them again
