DO NOT USE Another scam site lots of pathetic excuses one after another my order was eventually cancelled after 23 days and refund issued or so they say I will know in a few days The washing machine price wasn t too cheap 15 less than the others so no alarm bell sounded and the delivery schedule suited us due to holiday DO NOT USE THEM

Ordered the tumble dryer 3 weeks ago given 2 delivery dates both no shows Offers of refund or 20 off purchase price if I didn t want to wait 4 days for delivery waited 4 days and still no sign of the tumble dryer Not responding to calls or emails requesting a refund

Dodgy company Do not order from them

I ordered a fridge freezer and got a notice from the courier company stating It s on its way with an estimated delivery date which which was much longer than 5 days Median state on their website The delivery date came and went so I contacted Medina twice to cancel my order and request a full refund Guess what Yeah they never answer me this is the reason I always pay by credit card for online or for bigger purchases in case things go wrong I can take it up with the credit card provided and get money back which I have I have since checked the courier website and it still shows that it is on it way Very dodgy company Avoid them and avoid the stress

SCAMMEDAbsolutely gutted Paid 199 for a tumble dryer that never came They said I would receive money back when I cancelled the order after taking another day off work to stay in for a second delivery that never turned up Obviously the money was never returned Time for trading standards

If you re unfortunate enough to have used this scammer you need to report it to Action Fraud immediately The old adage if it s too good to be true then it isn t true applies here The company named on the Privacy Policy is registered to a Lithuanian The address on the Privacy Policy is registered to a bag company with completely different people named at it Appropriate due diligence says that nothing whatsoever adds up Report it NOW

Just took my money and ran

ordered a tumble dryer first of all was sent no tracking information after requesting got this shabby looking link that took me to a courier that had no email or telephone contact I tried to ring medina shopping the mobile number doesn t get answered so I emailed to complain was assured the delivery but once the date had past I complained and ended up requested a refund which I was told okay 2 weeks later nothing I have emailed 3 times and rang 10 times nothing Avoid this company It s now past to my card company who are investigating them
