This site is a complete mess Don t use it Parts of the site do not work You get a 500 Server Error when you are logged in and you try to access the teachers profiles I send those guys screenshots with the errors and they are just ignoring it saying that i should access the site from different devices or browsers which of course i did and i receive the same error The technical support team should attend some computer science themselves to learn how to solve those tickets Also their business model is very questionable As a user in this case as a student you don t get any notifications per email that your application is really forwarded to the teacher you chose You just wait and wait forever and nothing happens They even ask you to give them additional 20 in order to prove that you are a serious student or to pay even more for using their service so they are searching the right teacher for your needs I think letting you wait for a long time is part of their business strategy Also the text in the FAQs is formulated very harsh so you get the fealing you are treated like a solicitor Apparently they have enough customers and don t want to make efforts to have some more
