Don t use MEDS - you won t get your order delivered

Unable to change delivery option so they had to cancel my order Meds had the nerve to wish me a wonderful week and give me a discount Budbee could not deliver tried 3 days And Meds couldn t do a thing but cancel my order They didn t even offer to redo my order and make sure I get my delivery I will never use them again Their competitors like Apotea have never failed in their deliveries Useless company

I bought a supplement when it was delivered I found its only valid for a month Called the customer care they says they can t do anything for this How can they sell a supplement product which is valid only for a month without any information

This is some scam website that promises home delivery and then waste your time in emails for 2 weeks to tell you that that home delivery can t be done Never again from MEDS Worst experience ever with online shopping in 2 years of living in Sweden

I contacted Meds customer service because it says that my package was delivered but in fact I haven t received anything When I asked Meds to fix the problem they said that I m supposed to solve it myself with Postnord or ask Police to investigate ridiculous When I was trying to say that it s the online store that has an agreement with Postnord and is supposed to help me the woman from the customer service said it s not their fault She also refused to speak English when I said I didn t understand one thing that she told in Swedish although when I called I asked from the beginning if it s ok that I speak English and she said yes She said that she couldn t transfer this call to any colleagues because I Sverige pratar vi svenska which made me feel humiliated When I tried to continue and get any help from her she didn t want to listen to me and simply hung up the phone saying Trevlig dag implying that she doesn t want to have this conversation longer Extremely rude and respectless Not a surprise that when I called Postnord they told me that they can t help me because they refund Meds and not to me because they have an agreement with Meds as a customer Just to give a comparison I had exactly the same problem with a package that was supposed to come from SkinCity one day earlier than Meds I contacted their customer service saying that my mailbox was empty They got back to me quickly with a very kind response explaining that it was a mistake at Postnord s side They apologised saying they would immediately send a new package but asking me to let them know if the old package would arrive later Two companies and 2 completely different ways of treating customers

Ordered a product but received a different product After contacting costumer service they want me to return the product that was wrong So I have to package the product and drive back to the post service so they then can reimburse me I don t want to be reimbursed I want the right product And I don t want to drive back and forth to the post service because someone else has done wrong It s such a hassle And besides I don t get compensation for the inconveniences of it at all I don t recommend this site Order from another site if you want to be treated right after someone else s mistake of packing the wrong products
