5 23 24 Absolutely great experience I read some reviews and was worried Dr Morgan was right on time extremely professional and pleasant He sent the prescription while we were on the phone and 1 hour later I got a notification from my pharmacy to come and pick it up Couldn t be happier

They are excellent Very easy to use the staff is great the site is 100 mobile friendly Seamless from start to finish They will email text or call whichever you prefer for updates reminders You meet the Doc on video Dr David is amazing compassionate caring and is full of great advice He is non judgmental and really listens to what you have to say and he offers solutions He asks questions in a friendly manner like talking to a buddy He answers in non medical jargon so I knew exactly what he was saying I felt so much better after my appointment and my medication was at my pharmacy and READY before I was finished with my appointment You can pay with FSA HSA visa cards with no issues 100 recommend and will use monthly for now on

I actually ran into a few problems trying to book an appointment today but the way the representative l Mickey handle the situation by trying to calm me down and talk me through it Also thoroughly explained to me why the things happened the way they did I greatly appreciated that I also greatly appreciated the way he spoke to me and the way he handled the situation Very professional Mickey is what customer service is lacking out days in many professions and many businesses Mickey is definitely the reason why I will remain a patient at this facility I have been a patient now for over a year Mickey is the only one that actually cared enough to listen to the problem evaluate the problem and all options of solutions Well done By the way this is Mary Standifer not Johnny Tucker look using a friend factbook to log in so I could submit review
