Awesome service quickly

This was an incredibly easy process The call was scheduled 24 hours in advance and Maisie my representative was informative and attentive She was able to guide me through the process quickly I believe from start to finish about 20 minutes

Wren was very helpful and patient throughout the the facilitation process She provided me with a lot of insight and away some of the worry I had about rolling over my 401k plan to my current employer

Amazing professionalism and customer service

I was a bit apprehensive at first to try Beagle 401K services When I received an email that a search was found I followed up just to find out that the company could not locate my account I then reached out to Beagle support and Maria immediately responded and explained possible issues and then proceeded to problem solve offer a refund and or a new search Unfortunately the new search came up empty for new accounts and I was immediately refunded and emailed a receipt I am grateful for the excellent professionalism and customer service I received as I was initially frustrated

Kim was so helpful and new what questions to ask I have tried to get my 401k rolled over myself in the past It is such a confusing process Beagle makes it easy by providing a knowledgeable person to work with

Ren was super patient with me and explained everything in detail She was also accommodating since I was at work and on lunch I appreciate her working around my schedule She s awesome

Beagle is wonderful I worked with one of their customer reps named Ren who was very kind and helpful through this process Beagle as a whole IDed 401Ks that I forgot about and their service rep was just wonderful I am so glad that I used them and would recommend them to anyone
