Ordered a tanning lotion didn t receive a confirmation email with an order number haven t received the product so i emailed them to chase it up tried to explain they haven t provided an order number the only proof of purchase i have is my bank statement of the payment coming out my account I am then being told i need to contact tiktok because they ship certain lotions with tiktok Sorry is that a joke i can t contact the website i bought the lotion from How the hell am i supposed to contact tiktok about a product i haven t purchased through tiktok Tried to explain this they have yet again told me to go through tiktok awful customer service i am now 30 down going to have to dispute this with my bank Ridiculous
