Bought subscription just to watch Fury - Uzik and they manage to failed live No support just another scam bag company

Misleading about the ability to view content

I wanted to watch Usyk s fight and when I searched for it I was redirected to the MEGOGO website and offered to purchase a subscription to watch the video After payment I was shown Usyk s 20-minute commentary before the fight and that was it the broadcast itself was gone When I contacted support they said they couldn t refund the money because the video had been viewed So why did they have to make it look like Usyk s fight redirect to it put the same splash screen and description adding only commentary in small letters at the bottom I do not recommend dealing with this service especially if you are not in Ukraine

I decided not to continue using their services because product doesn t worth the cost But even if your subscription tier expires - they continue taking money from your bank account If they couldn t change for a whole year at once - they will charge monthly as they prefer not to protect customers but to suck as much as possible even if it s over Customer service is useless
