BEWARE ORDER NOT RECEIVED
BEWARE ORDER NOT RECEIVED I placed an order for hair products one of which was 1000ml far too large to fit in a mailbox According to PostNL the package was marked as delivered to my mailbox but I never received it I contacted the company immediately and received no reply until I posted a negative review Only then did they respond claiming they would ask PostNL to open an investigation Days went by with no updates until I followed up again Their explanation The delivery driver in a rush to scan packages quickly marked it as delivered to my mailbox Regardless of the delivery driver s actions I did not receive my package I m now seeking a refund and will continue sharing my experience until this is resolved Customer service has been slow and unhelpful throughout this process Proceed with caution
