Meijer is absolutely horrible now

Meijer is absolutely horrible now They are worse than Walmart which I would have never thought in a million years could ever happen Make you get in line at the back of the store to stand in that line for the next hour and a half because they re so incompetent and inconsiderate they can only open 2 registers I will drive an extra 4 miles to go to Walmart because there I expect them to be horrible However since they re better than Meijer now that s where I will be spending my money

The worst delivery app I have ever used

The worst delivery app I have ever used If your card declines for whatever reason like if paypal is down like it was earlier today then it cancels the order WITHOUT A NOTIFICATION No option for a backup card or anything Not only that but the delivery experience is inconsistent at best I have had a steak swapped for ground beef with no text message asking about it I had an issue where my order kept getting rescheduled because they couldn t find a shopper - my roommate was going to get it but he couldn t because it never showed up until 9am while I was still sleeping and he was gone late shift Meijer refunded the order but it was a huge waste of time Order status is extremely confusing as well Why does Delivery complete not mean my groceries are on my doorstep Overall not worth it Ever Just go to the store

Ordering online should be convenient not stressful Shipt rescheduled us four times in one day It was noon when we placed our order and around 5 20 and was rescheduled for the fourth time and couldn t even cancel our order We had to call Meijer cancel the order The service for online orders needs a lot of improvement

Rude cashier named DIAMOND

At store 154 Indy Indiana- I purchased ripped peaches and I asked the cashier DIAMOND to be gentle with them when bagging She smacked them on the counter saying if you don t like how I bag you do it yourself She stopped bagging the products all together Another associate jumped in to bag the rest of my shopping cart That s rude Diamond rude

Cincinnati Marburg store Review based on multiple visits If you want any amount of customer service go elsewhere If you want to feel like your not welcome and solely an inconvenience for every employee there by attempting to buy something then definitely go there

I wish they was a -0 to give Meijer experience Fort Wayne Lima Rd-The new layout for checkout is absolutely the worst experience anyone can have There is no conveyor fir the food to go down to allow room to check out Not at self scan and not at employee check-out To the brilliant managers For God sake try using it yourself with a complete cart full of groceries before you push this on the customers I went looking for a store with conveyors and found ALDIs as them I will start shopping at Aldi never have but at least they have a cashier with a conveyor for large family orders Totally ridiculous

If you have time to wait 30 minutes

I m on hold with the third Meijer pharmacy They answer and place you on hold immediately and 20 minutes later you are still waiting Their customer service in their pharmacy anyway is terrible

Meijer Continues to Decline

Meijer - pretty much a waste of time gas and money Went to Meijer mid morning Monday with Meijer issued coupon for free V8 and a copy of their Sunday ad advertising Chex and Kellogg Mini Wheats on sale with quantity of five purchased Results - no plain Chex on the shelves no MiniWheats offered at flyer price no plain V8 on the shelves This has become far to typical for Meijers - no stock no advertised specials long check out lines and less than mediocre customer service Folks don t waste your time at Meijer it ain t worth the time and trouble

Phone call hold time

We called the pharmacy this morning to clarify the status of a prescription and were immediately put on hold Every minute a message came on that said We value your time Ten minutes later and no answer so our time isn t valuable after all We ve moved our prescriptions to another pharmacy

Meijer brand coffee pods the new ones

Seeing no place to review a product online at the Meijer site I searched the web for other places to leave this info Coffee drinkers need to know how poor your new Columbian K pods white label are extremely weak compared to old style you previously sold Even a 6 oz cup is weak for a medium roast coffee Going with sam s club organic exclusively now which was our other favorite Seriously Meijer you need to quality check those new pods Bring back the old orange label pods
