We were initially very happy with the security system installed by this company but our experience after the installation has been quite disappointing We ve been trying to get information about a referral bonus that was promised when we recommended their services to our neighbors Despite several attempts to reach their team we ve received no response or acknowledgment To make matters worse we ve been facing an ongoing issue with our alarm system that remains unresolved The lack of communication and support has left us feeling frustrated and let down We hope for a quick and satisfactory resolution soon Based on our current experience we cannot recommend this service until the support issues are addressed

Kevin came and equipped and set all system into house Even though we didn t speak the same language we got along very well I was very pleased with you for not leaving anything without checking and testing it twice I was very pleased for every steps of set up
