SHAMEFUL
I am writing a review here since it is IMPOSSIBLE to contact anyone at TUI and non-one ever replied to my post on social networks So I reiterate my comments I am EXTREMELY upset with TUI at the miment I do understand the exceptional circumstances I do understand that there are thousands of people to be contacted I do appreciate that the cruise was cancelled because of the Coronavirus However my cruise was supposed to be on 1st April It is now 17th April I still have not got my money back We received an email today stating we can get a coupon and wait for a refund for a year Is that a joke The cruise was fully paid It is a LOT of money at stake The cruise did not take place I am NOT interested in your coupon I want my money back NOW You were very quick to charge us for the cruise So you should be just as quick to refund us What you are doing TUI is borderline honest If we do not get our FULL money back within the next week we will contact Consumers Protection Association

6 month wait for a refund - disgraceful
We booked a family cruise Spanish delights for 19th May this year for 8 This was paid for in full in March 2020 Unfortunately due to Covid-19 the cruise was cancelled IT IS DISGRACEFUL that we are still awaiting a refund - 6 months later We will never book with TUI again

Charged 500 00 extra for cancelling a cruise
After reading The Tui Coronavirus - Visit Travel With Confidence page we did not fell safe and decided to cancel the cruise we had booked We are charged 500 00 extra on top of the deposit 250 00 which was paid when the booking was done Absolutely disgusted and this will be the last time we dealt with Tui Please think twice and read all the reviews when you book a holiday with Tui never again

I am appalled by Marella Cruises TUI my wife and I booked a UK cruise with them and have just found out that a discount of 250 should have been applied at the time of booking the cost of the cruise has also now gone down by 280 so that s a figure of 535 we needn t have paid My wife contacted Customer Service by phone as there is no other way live chat don t respond twitter respond the day after and there is no email address and was told sorry we won t be adding the discount to your account We only booked the cruise around 3 weeks ago and now feel enormously let down given the current pandemic this company only seemingly want to profiteer Atrocious customer service This is the message I constantly get on live chat Due to an increase in wait times if you are not connected to an agent in the next 5 minutes this chat will disconnect please refresh the page and try again thank you for your patience it then ends abruptlyI have since contacted Marella TUI on Twitter as there are no other means I have been told that no discounts will be given to us including the 250 they are giving to bookings as per their website as the promotion began 2 weeks after I had booked Christopher explained that it wouldn t be fair giving me the 250 discount that new bookings get As with all my reviews I do leave honest opinions I have been left with paying nearly 600 more than anyone else who books the same cruise from 02 June I just wanted to make people aware this company doesn t really care about passengers just money Oh I still haven t managed to get in contact with them on their on-line facility I even thought I d change the cruise to a later date as per their information on the website that this can be done on-line and for free only trouble is yes that s right the link doesn t work This company really has gone way down hill I have used this company for cruises and holidays many times before but this is the last Customer service is none existent literally

What a total disaster
What a total disaster so you book a cruise with stops at invagorden Shetland and Orkney islands to be told when you arrive at Shetland island you cannot get off due to no availability for any excursions it lets you book your holiday but went you try to book excursions they are fully booked 2 months previously no warning of not being able to get off the ship never again tui

The cruise by itself was not bad but the fact that we were forced to do shopping from only certain shops was terrible The guides the busses and the company gets a lot of black money from the cruise tourists shopping from these shops that they mainly have Chinese products We were informed that even ex Greek ministers take their cut from this fraudsters I will not be back for sure since they braucht us in a shop in Greece during the pandemic and we stayed for half an hour ins a small shop 40 people In order to take their cut they don t care Filthy scammers
