Hi I ordered 4 handbags 3 or 4 Weeks ago I never received my product And on top of that they said that it was delivered I paid 300 00 no one responded when I try to reach them All I want is what I paid for After I put my order in the company text me pretty much every day But after the company email me saying that the handbags was delivered which they were not I have not heard from them What do I do

Bait and Switch

The item was ordered a month ago and did not arrive in time to be gifted for my sisters birthday The one I did receive was not leather They are not a U S based company like they portray The items are from overseas

Highly disappointed

I am highly disappointed in this product I wanted an entire month for this I will never and I do mean never order another item from this company My issue didn t start today it started on June 11th when I was told my item shipped and would be to me in 10-12 days Including weekends that was a lie I just received the item on July 2nd The item looks cheap poorly made and is super small If I could give them no stars I would

Disappointed on one of my bags

I ordered two bags and both were delivered on 7 8 The first bag was absolutely horrendous I couldn t believe this bag was actually delivered to me without a quality assurance check It had marking on it and was definitely not what I ordered and didn t even come close to the pictures I saw online which is what made me want to buy this particular bag in the first place And I have pictures to prove my point on the lack of quality for this bag The second bag was much better and met my expectations I will keep this one I m asking for a complete refund for the other bag Please advise how I can get that process started Thanks
