Too bad host service

Too bad my site suddenly stopped then they told me the ip must be changed on cloudflare DNS Zone after I changed it I discoverd the database is deleted Who had done it and why They told me wordfence plugin isn t good on their servers and It caused this problem At the end they wanted me to upgrade and still the problem of database connection Oh I forgot to tell you their main site was down a lot and the technical support is hardly reply on tickets
