I sell exclusively on Mercari because they are the easiest least expensive and fairest to work with of all sites I m going into my 5th year I only have one area that could use improved upon Customer Service reps are fast friendly understanding and professional but it can be a challenge getting to them Sometimes you have to select an option that isn t the problem to get a window that says Contact Us to get hold of someone and when there is something an experienced seller needs to discuss or report this can be irritating Diane King

This site are great but need some improvement by different features like someone go to vacation need button that say the seller are in vacation Also instant cash need should not have restricted by 500 a month seller should be to withdraw any balance they have in they account

I have been buying and selling on Mercari since 2018 They have the best deals ever If I m in need of something I check on there first before I buy anywhere else Plus I ve cleared out a few closets by selling on there It s safe and they are fair The best app ever

I have been buying and selling w mercari since early 2019 Absolutely love it Can t beat the low seller and shipping fees Shipping is fast convenient and plenty of options to get the most bang for your buck Although I rarely need to use the customer service they are super fast and have helped me every time I will continue to use this as one of my side hustles extra stuff that I don t need or use Sell on mercari Money goes straight into my bank account Not to mention all of the great deals I find on here I would give 10 stars if I could

I love using Mercari to buy and sell Its amazingly simple and fun I ve gotten some great deals on items I ve been wanting for myself and others to use as gifts Any issues I ve had were taken care of in a timely manner and resolved as best for both parties

This has been a great experience and place to market your items Great Buyers Great Communications It not difficult to post Thank goodness they have additional sale options to post local if you like Customer Service is always there to assist you Great options to submit payment but does need to increase the limit out on the instant pay Other than that Excellent platform to sale your items The only complains I have Buyers stating there package was mistreated by usps so I prefer to use FED EX or UPS based on Pricing THANKS TO MERCARI for helping me since 2018

The service has improved with a more efficient and fast product authenticity process Mercari has also improved on their response time concerning problems with sales and purchases Seller Fees are still lower in comparison to other leading competitor platforms

Great Website I have sold literally THOUSANDS of ITEMS I am also a Poshmark Ambassador but I get far more money for my items than I ever could on Poshmark Poshmark charges a larger percentage rate fee for each transaction and takes longer to pay

I not only sell on Mercari

I not only sell on Mercari but I purchase items as well It s a well functioning system My only complaint is that we have buyers and other sellers as well that want us to reduce postage and or sell multiple items under one blanket sale I had one seller ask that I do this very thing but I know from previous experience that Mercari prefers that we keep items separate to insure proper tracking Many here call this bundling Perhaps letting the buyers and sellers know that this practice is not advised on Mercari would put this to rest and bring it to everyone s attention
