Customer service is very good
We ve been in business for 17 years and the one B2B service that has given us the most headaches in that time has been merchant service providers MSPs As many small business owners will know MSPs tend to have surprise fees poor customer service and occasionally falter in their funding batch failures It has been quite a challenge finding an honest technically-efficient MSP Well it has now been over one year that we ve been using Chase Payment Solutions I m happy to report that Chase is up to now the best MSP we ve ever had Chase has not once veered away from the set of fees that it laid out in the beginning They have been honest with their fee structure which is reasonable Also there have been no technical failures in the funding process Our customer payments have always reached our bank account We have not needed to reach out to Chase customer service in this first year Bottom line is that we strongly recommend Chase Payment Solutions to any small business owner looking for a reliable MSP
