Really helpful and quick communication from Nicky fast production and delivery The design was completely customisable through sending a mock-up and proof of the first printed design which was great The finished product is absolutely outstanding incredibly detailed and has completely surpassed my expectations Cannot recommend enough

I ve had some really horrible service and stressful interactions with some suppliers recently and was starting to think that maybe I am actually a terrible customer who has completely unrealistic expectations of how customers ought to be treated But Nicky at Merch Milk has restored my faith in there being some companies out there who are actually going to be glad to have me as a customer Nicky was really quick to come back to me with questions never with any undertones that I was being a bother was genuinely friendly and nice to deal with proofs were quick delivery was on time and the lanyards look awesome

What dream to work with My fianc and myself were looking for an alternative to disposable glow sticks for our wedding and we stumbled across Merch Milk s amazing wrist bands We got in touch with Nicky and he was just amazing to work with From talking us through the various wristband options to the design process and even shipping Nicky was just incredible and so detail oriented No query was too small and he kept us up to date at every step of the process When the wristbands finally arrived we were absolutely thrilled The quality is fabulous Thanks again Nicky
