I want to say that the poor people that have to deal with all the passengers are just like us and they re more than good people They deserve more than what they are given Good job

Amazing staff

I use the Merseyrail regularly to commute from North Wales to Liverpool for a bit of retail relaxation And sometimes moan that it s busy and nowhere to sit but this journey has changed my view especially on the staff they couldn t do anymore than they were doing so hardworking With storm Doris causing havoc our train was delayed but this didn t fase the staff going up and down the train to give regular updates and giving advice on what was best to do because there was going to be a hefty wait and then the company being very swift to find a replacement bus But their hard work and generosity didn t stop there on the way back with more bags coming back than there was going there and a big case one of the female staff ran up the stairs took the case and bag as we took the shopping and made sure we had sat down until she gave us the case Also we all know the rush when you see your train on the platform and try to run down the stairs and every one pushing but the same female member of staff was at the bottom of the stairs reassuring everyone don t rush the train will wait when usually you see staff just standing there not doing anything just talking amongst colleges not Merseyrail So I just wanted to give this positive feedback so people know not every rail service is useless

Went to Formby station and was served by a really helpful and polite man named Ian He talked through ticket options with me and found the ticket to meet my needs He went above and beyond his role Thank you

Brilliant staff

A huge thank you to Peter who was on the gates at Lime Street on Saturday 29 2 20 My mother in law had an issue with her ticket and expected to be told off However he was funny friendly and so kind He asked us where we staying in Liverpool and when we told him he called us a taxi which was waiting for us as soon as we got out of the train station His colleague a lady was also very nice Thank you Peter -

What A Morning

What a morning I knew I had to get the bus to central station then train from central to Moorefields where the rail replacement bus takes you to your destination When I got to the replacement bus stop outside the station I realised I went out the wrong side of the station and missed the bus I had to wait another 10 mins for the next bus feeling a bit gutted cos I was starving and now late next minute all these lovely merseyrail workers where very helpful and then two girls came out and started handing free sausage and free bacon barms to passengers I took one and mentioned Thankyou so much i was really hungry then the next minute the replacement bus came and the two girls got on the bus and made me take another two barns for my journey and for dinner You can t beat that I was gutted cos I was hungry and missed my bus but now I m smiling from ear to ear and now on the bus and full up What a service and what lovely people Thank you so much for what Yous done really appreciate that Hope Yous all have a good day folks
