Excellent Raw dog food

I ve been feeding my dog raw for about 6 years and have tried most of them on the market Stop using a brand when it starts including rice etc and am very impressed with Mersey Raw Easy to order and arrives very quickly Only thing I would mention is the plastic containers sometimes get damaged in transit

Both my dogs and 3 cats are fed raw Cats prove more fussy with the meats and some brands will not touch Fed for the first time this morning with Mersey Raw and all pets devoured it Nothing left at all in the cats bowls which is really unusual Fantastic customer service and delivery was really quick Thank you and will be back

Great food with an excellent selection of proteins and treats broth etc customer service is fantastic I had a little problem which was resolved almost immediately in a very friendly manner Can t recommend highly enough

ordering was easy Delivery was on time The dogs absolutely LOVE IT It s been the best food we ve had for such a long time It is a bit pricier than some and with 5 dogs and supporting rescue dogs too not sure it s sustainable for us which is so sad because it s an amazing company and really great quality We would highly recommend

I ve fed raw for about 20 years but recently my mastiffs completely went off the raw food I was giving them and wouldn t even come to their bowls I ve now had two orders from Mersey Raw and my dogs sit drooling while I m filling their bowls and they ve been licked clean every mealtime The food is such good quality and it s DEFRA approved which is nice So far I ve got three happy dogs again

Alex was really helpful sorting my subscriptions out after I had managed to mix them up Great service and love the next day delivery as well as the quality of food and different variations of meats available

Skyla would pick at her previous complete raw food and getting her to finish it all was a nightmare if not impossible some nights So i started the search for a new brand and came across Mersey Raw The selection of different meats they have available are great and being able to order for delivery on a Saturday or Sunday was absolutely brilliant Had a little issue with a product being missed off the delivery it happens we are all human after all Dropped them an email and Nicole responded and got it sorted out Absolutely great customer service and a great product too Another order just placed

Been ordering from them for 2 years now and can say they really one of the top 3 online raw dog food companies in the UK At the beginning I had lot of broken tubs but they made up for it with replacements or discount on the next order Great customer service and top quality products
