Contacting the customer service via email was very helpful since it is my first time ordering this item online and the sizing is different from what I am used to in American brands I was glad I could return the Size XS and repurchased the next size Small I do had to pay return shipping 16 99 USD and got the rest as store credit but repurchase the correct size that fits me better
