WARNING: BUYER BEWARE!

WARNING: BUYER BEWARE! I was seriously dissatisfied with my purchase from Mesmee. The shoes I ordered were pictured as brown, but when they arrived, they were an unacceptable orangish color. Not only that, but the shoes looked more like a glorified horseshoe than what was shown in the images. To make matters worse, the process to get a refund was incredibly delayed and complicated. I was finally told that to get a full refund, I would have to send the shoes back to China at my own expense. If I kept them, I would only receive 20% of my payment back. Guess what I did? I kept the shoes because the hassle wasn’t worth it. After 9 weeks, I still had no shoes, and despite sending 2 emails, I received no response. These people are crooks of the worst ilk. Do NOT order anything from Mesmee. The shoes took over a month to arrive, and when they did, they were both the wrong size. One pair wasn’t even the shoes I ordered! I immediately notified Mesmee, and they suggested I either give them to someone else or pay a restocking fee. Absolutely ridiculous! I will never do business with this company again. It seemed like a great deal for a pair of shoes, so I acted too quickly on the Mesmee website without doing any research. I did eventually receive the shoes weeks later. However, the delivery was so delayed, and there was zero communication from the company about the shipping status. It was a learning experience, and while the shoes were as described, I wish the company had been more transparent and responsive. I have repeatedly asked Mesmee to cancel my order, but they have ignored all of my requests. It’s beyond frustrating! Every day, I get emails asking me to complete my order, but I do NOT want these shoes. The constant spam is infuriating. I should have checked the reviews before ordering. I placed my order on 8/24/24, paid with a credit card, and as of today, 9/9/24, I still haven’t received the shoes. When I messaged the company today, all I got was an update saying they would arrive today. We’ll see. If I could give a zero-star review, I absolutely would. Mesmee are scammers! They heavily promoted these ortho shoes, supposedly selling them for 70% off. I paid $45, only to receive a low-quality knock-off that’s being sold online for just $11.99. The entire sales pitch is a bait-and-switch scam. Don’t fall for it!
