Complete garbage card It give an expiration date for April 2030 but uses up the entire balance 40 from a rebate or promo in fees I m annoyed that I have to give 1 star just to write a review it deserves zero stars

Don t trust Spendwell to ship out your replacement card you ll never see it

Don t trust Spendwell cards I ended up loosing a card and I tried getting a new card But Metabank is refusing to use my right address or refusing to ship me the card Giving them one more chance if the card doesn t come through USPS then I will be canceling my account with this bank

I got gifted a visa gift card and noticed it didnt work online and you could associate a zip code or address to it I contact support they dont help and are trashy I contact visa support as well and they just tell me to go to METABANK support which i already did This card is so ASS and unusable to me basically 0 10 if i could

I was given a card put it in my wallet and forgot about it Almost a year later I try to use it and it had 0 balance Someone had the number Phony Garbage

They are horrible Purchased prepaid gift card that was hacked and used by someone else before we could activate card Called for refund but they wanted all our personal information which was never provided when purchasing card at Target They wanted driver s license DOB address I didn t want to provide personal info since they can t seem to protect the cards they issue Stay away from prepaid gift cards

Don t purchase Gift Cards

A friend of ours gave us a 200 VISA gift card When we went to use it we found the funds had already been used fraudulently by someone on the west coast When I contacted MetaBank they opened a case and told me they would get back to me Several months later I was notified that after their investigation they were unable to approve my dispute and the case was closed Not sure what kind of investigation was undertaken because obviously the card had been compromised Such a shame because here a friend spends his hard-earned money on a gift card and he might as well have set the money on fire Terrible business practices and I would not recommend this company to anyone

Terrible gift card a purches Station June 100 gift card for my brothers birthday and it has no money on it when he went to use it It s a zero balance I don t know why target continues to sell this card and I don t know how this company still in business with all the complaints that they have I am going to the Better Business Bureau

They are the bank that work alone with NetSpend They will close your account for anything No warning no nothing You will no longer have access to your information nor bank statements That s not good business You will try to log in and it states there is a problem with your account and give you a number to call Then they will say your account has been closed I ve been with them for over 7 years

Apparently a bogus bank They are in the shady business of draining all the funds you put on one of their gift cards Customer service tries to get more of your personal information upon calling them to complain Refusing to give them the additional personal information leads to being put on hold again and put in the endless loop of prompts Don t ever purchase a card with METABANK or BLACKHAWK network printed on the back of the card
