My husband and I were looking to buy a decorative screen for our patio A local company in Las Vegas Nevada told us to look for a design that we liked and they would do their best to accommodate us While scouring the web we came across a beautiful illusion screen from Metal Garden Screen It was exactly what we wanted When we showed our local company they weren t sure they would be able to recreate it but promised to look into it Figuring it never hurts to ask I emailed Metal Garden Screen and asked if they would be willing to help me They got back to me in less than 24 hours even with the time difference and offered to send the DXF file to my local company for me The representative was helpful knowledgeable and eager to assist with an unusual request This was above and beyond I would recommend their company to anyone Their designs are beautiful and unique and the customer service is out of this world

Fantastic company to deal with Will is super helpful and nothing is too much trouble there are tons of companies doing what they do but these guys are just so refreshing to deal with in a world where no one seems to want to answer the phone anymore Highly recommend

The website was easy to use and the screens are well made and substantial There was a slight problem over delivery but when contacted customer services were quick to sort it out and get the screens delivered
