STAY CLEAR
Ordered a keepsake for my daughter as we had recently lost our beautiful dog I thought it was a lovely gesture About a week later I received the keepsake but it wasn t for me it was for a family who had obviously lost an elderly gentleman I felt awful knowing I d looked at their keepsake plus it was also upsetting as it wasn t what I expected when I opened the package I have tried numerous times to reach out to this company via email facebook messenger Instagram and phone call and I haven t heard anything back from them at all They were super quick to take my money but not so quick to sort out an issue that they caused It s a terrible way to treat your customers I hope people read here before ordering and take their business elsewhere I really wish I could give them a ZERO rating but sadly that s not an option STAY CLEAR

I bought a personalised love lock which
I bought a personalised love lock which was 12 in the sale so expected it to be a decent size When it came it was that small you could even make out the personalisation I tried e-mailing them but their customer service is none existent you get no reply I ve since left a bad review on their website which has been removed Would never use them again

I put an order with metal memories on 17th October 2022 and after sending several emails I phoned and spoke to someone and they said there website had gone down and they had lost customer s orders and were waiting for customer to contact them The person I spoke to on the phone told me my order would be sent out the 29th November 2022 and I m still waiting after sending several emails and no response and phoning with no response I m really upset about this because the items I ordered were in memory of my late mum Also it was a different phone number from the first time I phoned I wish I could give less than 1 star

Metal Memories - Disgusting Customer Service
I do not even want to give 1 star I have just spoken to the Manager of Metal Memories who refused to give his name said what difference does it make really I placed an order for 4 Personalised Metal Wallet Insert Cards only ever received 3 instead of the 4 They were all wrong I emailed on 28 1 2023 no reply I sent a message on messenger 2 2 2023 and only received a message probably automated saying they would reply as soon as possible still waiting I have phoned several times will be clarifying and again on the 9 2 2023 to be told the Manager would call me back still waiting hence my phone call again today However today having now finally been able to talk to the Manager who in my opinion got to be the rudest individual I have ever come cross The result being I have to send back the 3 cards I received for a refund The cards were for the anniversary of my friends niece family who tragically took her own life heart breaking The Manager stated they had been sent twice but to date I have not received any replacements Originally they were posted via Royal Mail but they changed to Evri Customer Service or lack of it at its worse and I advise any one to stay well clear of Metal Memories

absolute RUBBISH it cost over 10 with delivery it arrived the cheapest smallest padlock and the worst engraving I ve ever seen told them want my money back wouldn t you know it not a single reply avoid

Disappointed in size
Well I was expecting a nice large lock instead I got a very small lock 2 5 wide 3 5 to the hoop of the lock The engraving is very nice just disappointed in the size for the price

The quality of the pen is very poor
The quality of the pen is very poor when you write the cartridge goes up into the pen and you have to take it apart to put it nack but it keeps having its like there is something missing to stop it from doing that it is badly made it was ment to be a Christmas gift but that can no longer be used so will have to get something eles I will not be buying again waste of money not happy at all
