Caveat Emptor
These people are based in Vietnam despite their website stating they have an office in both the UK and US When my sign arrived damaged to be fair it probably got damaged in transit they became unresponsive and would only offer a refund if I returned the sign to Vietnam at my cost Fortunately PayPal stepped in and provided a full refund
