No free shipping messages
The website had conflicting messages regarding shipping fees One message indicated that there was free shipping Another message was free shipping with purchases over 50 00 When going through the payment process there was indication that the 8 00 shipping fee would be removed it never did There are many websites where I can purchase shoes that offer free shipping especially when paying full price for a shoe I will not be purchasing from this website again

I am in the middle of a delivery issue with UPS Me Too Shoes DID NOT tell me they would not ship to a PO Box Now UPS is holding my shoes Hopefully UPS will be able to turn this around and I will finally get my shoes VERY DISAPPOINTED with the entire order Me Too got their money up front and now I am waiting on my order very unfair and unprofessional would not give even one star to this order

I m very disappointed with this company I ordered 2 pair of shoes A loafer in a size 8 and a boot in an 8 5 The boot came in the wrong size so I exchanged it for an 8 5 and then I received the second pair in the wrong size I have sent them back and waiting for the correct size I have tried to reach out to customer service phone number and no one answers This is so unacceptable

Poor customer service
The shoes from this company are good however the customer service is horrible It is virtually impossible to get in touch with anyone and a response via email takes a very long time I experienced receiving the wrong shoe three times and and it is a nightmare trying to get it resolved I had to pay shipping with reach return and received the wrong size shoe AGAIN AND NOW I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER RETURN FEE TO GET MY MONEY REFUNDED I will never order from this company again
