We had booked having our metal stairs painted weeks in advance in the midst of a full home renovation We moved quite a lot around to fit the date with our builders costing us hundreds of pounds and moved the delivery of our garden furniture which cost another 50 However Isuf at Metric Fabrications LTD sent us a text at the very last minute cancelling our appointment saying sorry I don t think I can make it on Monday and not for most of the week We replied explaining how much we had to move around to free the date and we asked if he could please make it work to which he simply replied 3 words and I quote find someone else Not an apology not an I m sorry for the inconvenience nothing Incredibly poor customer service and lack of seriousness How he could be so busy if we had booked the job weeks prior is a mystery So unprofessional AVOID

Our experience was great from beginning to end Isuf was quick to respond to our request The communication has been first class throughout the workmanship was fantastic we are so pleased with our new steps The Care Isuf and Gy took in doing the job was first class Very respectful and courteous at all times Two very pleasant young men to have around We would highly recommend this company you won t be disappointed

Metric Fabrications did a great job designing building and installation of our exterior metal staircase Was just what we wanted and makes our life much easier to access our garden Price was very reasonable Great job overall Highly recommended
