I was hunting for the Albert racing green tiles for my fire surround Metro tiles were the only supplier that had them in stock and could get them to me in 3-4 days Brilliant service they also informed me the tiles were on offer at the time so gave me the discount Non damaged on arrival very securely packed the thank you note on the invoice and some free haribo was also a nice touch Highly recommend

It was a joy to order a sample from Metro Tiles A very friendly company who made the experience feel personal The tiles are excellent a lovely shade of warm white and just as we had hoped for We are still choosing cabinet colours etc hence the delay

Found this company on Instagram Excellent customer service quick to respond every time and they even sent us extra tiles when a few were smashed in our original order The tiles look amazing in our new bathroom and genuinely enabled me to create the perfect bathroom from my imagination

Claire and Mark were super responsive helpful and efficient I approached Claire over Insta as I was looking for inspo for a really small area of tiling A front door step I gave her the brief and she nailed it I had a sample sent within a couple of days and then the full order a few weeks later when I requested them We only needed 5 tiles but this wasn t an issue and they duly arrived within a few of days Unfortunately the post man had dropped them or whatever as they were smashed to pieces I quickly advised Claire and they immediately sent replacements to me No fuss no delay just excellent service Would highly recommend Great job guys

Great all round experience

First time we ve used Metro Tiles and the service has been excellent After some searching around for the specific size and finish I wanted Metro Tiles offered everything I was searching for and were even great on price and delivery charge Arrived within a couple of days of delivery and the communication from them was superb Not just a standard template but personalised comms from a chap called Mark We were advised to check the delivery within 24hrs of receipt but due to other stuff going on at home we didnt manage to check them in time and when we did open some of the boxes a few of the tiles had been broken in transit I contacted Mark who worked with us to get us replacements for the damaged tiles It s been a great experience with this company from start to finish and I m glad we chose to spend our money with them Thank you
