I had a highly disappointing experience with Global Financial Services After registering on their app I was prompted to deposit money which I did without hesitation However things quickly went south after I was asked to submit documentation for verification I uploaded all the necessary documents but one was rejected Unfortunately I don t have any alternative documents that would meet their criteria Now I m stuck The customer support team is insisting that I complete the KYC process before they can refund my deposited amount They are essentially holding my money hostage which is incredibly frustrating This is a deeply concerning practice If my documents are not approved they should simply refund the money I deposited without delay Holding funds hostage is not only unprofessional but also unethical I strongly advise potential users to be cautious when dealing with this broker
