I instructed Meyers Southbourne and Christchurch branch to sell my mother s empty bungalow in need of modernisation and I did not live locally The team were very efficient helpful and honest in their advice in selling it quickly The process from sale to completion took under 4 months which is very impressive in these uncertain times The team regularly updated me weekly of the progress by WhatsApp which worked extremely well for all parties They were able to sort out a burst pipe quickly between Christmas and New Year which was a difficult time so that the completion could go through The team were exemplary
