I have to leave a review for my experience dealing with MGB Watches After speaking to a handful of dealers including the manufacturer getting poor attitude on the phone from each I decided to call MGB after coming across them on google The phone was answered in a positive friendly polite manner by a gentleman named Joshua Wow That was unexpected after the previous phone calls elsewhere Joshua handled my enquiry far exceeding my expectations giving me honest advice on the Omega swatch I had enquired on He mentioned an offer running on an additional strap again I got great advice in which to choose I agreed to purchase the watch and strap straight away via the website Joshua even offered to have the new strap fitted free of charge for me which I did take up Once the order was placed I received a welcoming WhatsApp message thanking me for my business and if I needed any further assistance then not to hesitate in contacting him A truly fantastic experience from start to finish the watch arrived exactly when expected new strap fitted original placed in a sealed bag with the delivery I would once again like to thank Joshua and everyone involved at MGB You have a customer for life I d give 6 stars if possible I look forward to doing business with you again J Bacon

It was my husbands birthday and at the last minute he spotted a watch he liked I contacted mgb through WhatsApp they where really quick to respond and extremely helpful Was not sure what size strap I would need so they sent an extra strap in the other size with the watch free of charge Shipped next day as it was after the cut off time and arrived on time Excellent service
