Items haven t arrived
I ve always loved Mia Cara products I ordered a new cover for one of our baskets and a new basket However the items were ordered at the end of October and at the beginning of December they haven t been delivered The company said that a customs charge needed to be paid by me no mention of this at time of ordering They gave me a link to make an extra payment to the courier but when I tried this the courier said no payment was due The items now show as returned to Mia Cara I have no items and no refund I ve asked for refund but as of yet they haven t agreed to this instead telling me again I need to pay a further amount It s a shame as I love their products but delivery has been a nightmare UPDATE items never arrived order refunded but I still had to pay shipping of 13 even though I never received the items
