Terrible Experience
I bought this after seeing a very well-respected makeup artist using it on a model Unfortunately my entire experience was bad Delivery was promised within 5-7 business days but took almost a month as it was shipped from China The product was actually very bad quality and although their website said returns are free they refused to let me return unless I paid the shipping plus tracking which would have been quite expensive since it would be going back to China Customer support took weeks to reply and finally promised a 70 refund if I kept the product However they never delivered on that promise so after several weeks of inaction on their end I eventually had to submit a fraud claim to my credit card

Ordered a product after seeing it advertised by a respected makeup artist It took them 2 month to ship the items the quality of the product is very poor and it comes from China The customer service is really bad it takes ages to reply Wouldn t recommend to purchase this it s not worth its money

I have emailed at least 12 times in the last two months order 23006M and I haven t heard any response I just want my order please The same support email is the only contact information the company provides and no one responds to it I email nothing returns back to me to any of my mailboxes as side a computer generated message from a Sarah asking if I want 10 off I just want my order of Foundation 102 At this point I believe this company is fraud and having my credit card company return my money and starting to report this company This is ridiculous How frustrating for customers

My necessity
Been ordering this foundation for the last 3 years and absolutely love it The coverage for my acne rosacea is fabulous and although it does take around 10 days to arrive I just make sure I reorder when I m running low Just wish it was more readily available as I cannot find a comparable foundation
