I feel compelled to share my terrible experience with this service to save others from making the same mistake Initially lured in by seemingly positive YouTube reviews I made the decision to upgrade and pay for their services However what I encountered was far from what was promised Upon joining I was immediately disappointed to discover a limited selection of robotic-sounding voices that struggled to pronounce words correctly It was evident that the positive reviews I had seen were likely paid promotions as the reality did not match the hype My dissatisfaction grew as I spent a mere 10 minutes trying to make the service work for me It quickly became apparent that the claims of quality and functionality were nothing more than a scam Unfortunately when I requested a refund due to the unsatisfactory service the company turned a deaf ear and refused to comply To add to the frustration I found out that the company is based in India and it appeared that their sole focus was on retaining customers money without providing any value in return This kind of approach is highly unethical and showcases a complete disregard for customer satisfaction In conclusion I strongly advise against using this service It is nothing more than a total scam that falls drastically short of fulfilling its intended purpose Spare yourself the disappointment and financial loss by steering clear of this deceptive company There are plenty of reputable alternatives out there that actually deliver what they promise Save your time money and sanity and explore other options instead
