This is the second time that I was billed for a subscription item and did not receive I was billed late July made numerous attempts to contact company Never received confirmation that my form was received I then called and had to leave a message After I ordered a similar product from another company my order arrived two months late with no explanation I m done

I always feel forgotten

I always feel forgotten like my order never matters I wait months for it and then once I reach out it is suddenly dispatched I feel this is really poor customer service You bombard me with emails but then when I purchase the customer care stops It would be good to know or receive an email from you about a shipping date instead of silence
